Begin by choosing either ‘Hotel + Flight’ or ‘Hotel Only’ Step 2: Don’t forget to enter any valid promo codes (one per booking) Step 3: Once your client’s duration, departure airport, and resort have been entered, click to search for available holidays. Step 4: Select the resort/room category. This is where you can upsell and upgrade the room category for your clients. Once happy with the selection, click Continue. Step 5: For flight-inclusive quotes, select the flights required. If your clients are looking to fly in style, you can select available flight upgrades in this step. Once happy, click Continue. Step 6: Now is the time to select any optional extras that your clients are after (at full commission to you!), such as airport lounge passes, spa treatments, candlelight dinners or Island Routes tours Keep track of all reservations made under your ABTA number/username by visiting the ‘Manage Bookings’ section of our booking system. This includes those made over the phone with our experienced travel advisors. Here you will be able to view each individual reservation and print documents as required, including the booking confirmation, ATOL certificate and e-tickets (available 7 days before the departure date).
