Health and Wellbeing Safeguarding Our first priority is your child’s welfare and we will usually discuss any concerns we might have about your child with you. There might be occasions, however, when we have to provide information to or consult with other agencies such as Children’s Social Care before we contact you. Our responsibility to do so is determined by Bournemouth, Dorset and Poole Inter-Agency Safeguarding Procedures. If you want to know more about these procedures or the school’s child protection procedures, please speak to the Headteacher. A copy of the Child Protection Policy is available from the school office or on the school’s website. Pupil premium helps to ensure all eligible children have full access to enrichment opportunities through various sources to enhance their learning through one or some of the following: • Working in smaller groups • Assistance financially with school trips • Access to funding for school uniform • Hot lunch every day • Funding for extra-curricular activities such as music lessons. Is your child eligible? Provide the school with your surname, date of birth and national insurance number and we can check for you.
